Payment Methodology for Gold, Platinum, Silver, Palladium and Electronics Scrap
Our goal is to provide you with the most value for your material. Not only do we strive to pay the best prices, but we also aim to make the process as easy as possible through exceptional service.
We want to make sure when you sell your scrap to us that you get the best deal. We do not have exact pricing for the gold, silver, platinum, palladium and electronics scrap that we buy on this website because for two reasons: materials can vary greatly and precious metal markets are dynamic.
Materials can vary
We buy gold, silver, platinum, palladium and electronics scrap in nearly any form. Some materials are nearly pure precious metal, such as karat scrap. Others may run rich like gold filled pins or high grade server circuit boards. Low grade circuit boards or thinly platted material may not yield much material at all.
Our purchasing process begins with quoting you a price based on photos, descriptions or samples because we want to offer you the best price and the only way to do that is the tailor the offer to your material.
Precious Metal markets are dynamic
The materials we buy are valuable because they contain gold, silver, platinum, palladium, copper and other precious and semi-precious metals. These metals are commodities that are traded on world-wide markets. In the present economic climate, these markets are varied greatly. We do not have prices listed because they change over time based on the markets. If the platinum because even more valuable, we want to offer you the best possible price for it.

Pricing options
We offer two main methods for determine how much you get paid for your material
Option | Details |
Advanced Price | We determine a price per quantity of your material in advance based on the expected yield. We are able to pay you the fastest with this option. This is ideal for more 'standard' material with predictable yields such as electronics scrap. |
Recovery Basis | We refine your material and pay you based on its exact yield. This option is the most accurate, but it can take more time and works best for larger orders. This is ideal for unique materials. For large amounts of material, we can use the assay data from a sample to estimate a price for the rest of the material. |
