Our Process

Our process for handling your material is designed to keep you in the loop the whole time. We use a custom built order tracking system that sends you updates: when you create a packing slip, when we receive your material, when we unpack your material, and when we invoice your order. We send you documents with exactly what we receive, the composition of all your materials and a detailed breakdown of your settlement. You can optionally create an account that lets you log-in and check on the status 24/7.

Our website is like our storefront – it gives you a window into how we work. We strive to continually improve the site with content to help you maximize your yields. We offer advice on how to find the most valuable scrap and how to ensure your order is profitable. All the pictures you see were taken by us of real material that we processed. We keep the site clean – no animated gifs, no ads, and no links to other dubious partner or affiliate sites. You may have noticed our phone number on other websites (123preciousmetals.com, www.precious-metals-refined.com, all-metals.com and eastcoastrefining.com). Those are old sites that we own with which we are in the process of consolidating.
